•    Review quotes and scopes of work to determine time frame, labour requirements, and allotment of resources to various phases of projects.
•    Establish work plan and staffing for projects and arrange recruitment of contract staff to fulfil scope of project within required time frame.

•    Attend regular site meetings to coordinate activities of all other trades pertinent to integration of Audio Visual systems.

Staples Business Depot, Head Office – Managed installation of 14 presentation rooms including 7 Crestron controlled environments, an executive boardroom with audio and video conferencing, and 3 training rooms equipped with Smart Sympodium solutions.
Miller Thomson LLP – Coordinated installation of 3 presentation rooms for Miller Thomson’s downtown office including 2 Video Conferencing rooms in addition to integrated Video Conferencing suites for Waterloo and Guelph offices.

•    Planning, installation, integration, and control of diverse Audio Visual systems including design work in Microsoft VISIO, and design modification in AutoCAD.
